Focus on 2010 an A to Z picture guide

For some reason I seem to have started 2011 in a bit of a blogger malaise (It might be this never ending cold which I just can't seem to shake). So to give me some breathing space I thought I would treat you to a "best of "(i.e repeat, re-run, 2nd chance, call it what you may) last year's BlackLOG pictures….

Energy watch
Monitoring our way to a fortune (or not) with our Solar Panels

KW Produced so far - 113

This has earned us approximately – £48.17 so far

Hmmm, the road to riches is proving longer than I had hoped.....Don't worry Mrs B, this time next century we will be millionaires....

A record of the week

 The Kinks - Picture Book

Photo finish
Not so much a finish this week more of a start, middle and end....or even an A to Z (i.e 26 of them).

A collection of some of my (and Mrs B's) favourite pictures from last year.  It took me a while to sort through as I took over 10,000 pictures last year, Oh the joys of 8 frames per second -   cachuck, cachuck, cachuck  ....They are in no particular order:

  1. Your pictures are incredible. I love all of them, but especially the cats, the squirrel monkey, the action shots and the wedding. You and Mrs. B are also great shots! Feel better and here's to a great 2011!!!

  3. All the men down on the farm seem to have the same lingering virus/bug/flu/cold as you. I think you should all pull yourselves together and GET OVER IT!!!!! (Some antibiotics may be required to facilitate this procedure). A car crashed into our telephone pole 8 days ago - not one of ours I hasten to add - and we have only just been returned to the land of the living by the BT engineers today. Yippee. The photos are, as always, glorious. My vote goes to the sunglasses on the insect. How cool is that???

I saw a new product in Sainsbury’s called “Man Flu”

That will teach you to deal with the evil that is BT. I bet it was a BT van that crashed into the pole…..

Thank, I think. It the sking all over again

People we meet on the slopes - “Wow your wife’s a really good skier”

    Me – “Thanks”

    Telling silence

Me ”Hey people I have feeling even if I don’t have abilities…..”

People we meet on the slopes – and said begrudgingly through gritted* teeth “ You aren't bad either.”

*On the plus side their teeth won’t freeze

Worse than Man Flu in my opinion. I notice that there has been very little Blog production from your side of town

favourite photo = dog on beach
Why IMO you old softie – I bet you were a ‘Hamish’ (Robert Carlyle and wee Jock) fan

Sorry…..Still at least you can go almost at will. We have to wait to the end of March before we can go again

  13. I loved Hamish. Also we had a scottie dog called Mark (the black version - slightly bigger) when I was little, so I have a soft spot.

Scottie dogs do have a lot of character, I’ve always been a big fan.
